HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:- Overseeing global international assignment and relocation processes, including driving day-to-day activities related to immigration and relocation.
- Partnering with Global Mobility leaders to help develop and implement global relocation and immigration policies, guidelines, and procedures that align with our organization's goals.
- Providing training and communication materials to increase awareness of these policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with immigration regulations and other cross-border requirements.
- Keeping a pulse on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our program.
- Supporting internal stakeholders, including HRBPs, Managers, and Talent Recruiters, and being a subject matter expert for candidates and employees.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:- 8 years of experience in global relocation and immigration, with a strong working knowledge of international assignments.
- Extensive knowledge of global immigration regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience interacting with all levels of an organization, including global partners and executives.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Ability to work in a hyper-growth environment.
- Familiarity with tech tools like Workday, Greenhouse, and Google Suite.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $129,000 - $179,500.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
