Job responsibilities
- Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
- Partners with the Product Owners and Product Analysts to ensure clear understanding of operational flows and customer experience expectations for UAT and end to end testing
- Ensured quality acceptance criteria, including integration and negative testing, is written at all levels (initiative, epic, feature, story)
- Building and execute a comprehensive test plan while identifying and managing issues and defects
- Analyzing data to identify test cases/defects and aid in trouble shooting and problem solving
- Managing to a data conditioning strategy
- Partners with contacts from other applications and products for testing and troubleshooting
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, specifically QA processes and test methodologies
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
- Working knowledge of Agile processes, principles, and related tools (i.e., Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Clear and concise verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
- Energetic self-starter with a focus on obtaining results
- Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
- Test Automation and knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium.
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, Jira-Align, Confluence, MS-Excel
- Experience writing SQL queries as well as automation scripting
