As a Senior Product Manager in the Dynamics Resource Scheduling team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our products that enable intelligent and efficient resource allocation across various industries and scenarios. You will work closely with customers, partners, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to understand the market needs, identify customer problems, validate solutions, and drive adoption and growth. You will also be a leader and mentor for other product managers in the team, and help shape the culture and processes of the product organization.

Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, cloud services, or SaaS products.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to influence and align stakeholders across different functions and levels.

An understanding of resource scheduling, optimization, and planning concepts and technologies, and experience in relevant industries or scenarios is preferred.

Experience defining technically complex solutions involving APIs, micro-services, multi-tenant architectures, etc.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or other Microsoft technologies is a plus.

3. Do you have 10+ years of experience in at least one of the following: C#, Java, C++, distributed systems, REST APIs, web services?
