Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.

Solid affinity and experience in user-centered design, UX design and innovating on behalf of the customer is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical .
Great problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically to define and track success metrics for your areas.
Responsibilities
Partner across Microsoft to understand business goals, user needs, collect requirements, and synthesize product plans to deliver maximum impact across all areas.
Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery of capabilities.
Successfully validate and improve product solutions over time through measurement and experimentation.
Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope that is scalable for the diverse user needs and clients.
Engage with customers and internal preview users, and triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback for your area.
Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team.
