As a Lead Building Automation Field Service Technician (Ridgefield and New England Service Area) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of building automation systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation systems
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Provide training and support to building operators and end-users
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
• The annual base salary range for this position is $62,000 - $76,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building automation or related field
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation systems
• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols (e.g., BACnet, LonWorks)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
