Responsibilities:
Work under the guidance of senior network engineers to deploy new communication networkExecute initial configurations of Fortigates, FortiSwitches, console servers, network
PDUs, monitoring devices, etc.
Install and upgrade network hardware; configure firewall policies.
Gathering information, documenting and updating network topologies.
Ordering network devices, rack-mounting, and cabling.
Manage the ticketing system
Respond, troubleshoot and resolve first-level support requests
Coordinates and communicates with usersTravels about 7 times per year within the US to assist with deployment and maintenance of
Fortinet offices networks.

Skills and requirements:
Understanding of networking hardware and infrastructure
Experience with network devices installation and network physical connections
Very good understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 network protocols
Certifications in network engineering are a plus
Strong multi-tasking abilities
Excellent team work, can-do attitude and communication skills with end-users are essential.
Excellent English oral and written.

Education:
AA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent education and experience)

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $70,200 -90,900 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
