Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this challenging role, you’ll be responsible for handling customer cases using multiple debug and analysis tools, techniques, and procedures. You will work closely with our end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues surrounding their cloud-based networking products.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical remote support and troubleshooting via multiple pathways including tickets, chat and phone
  • Assist with problem determination / problem source Identification, define and drive action plans
  • Collaborate with deeper technical skills, other support centers and business units to provide seamless problem resolution.
  • This position requires working on shifts rotation.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Knowledge of OSI Model, Specifically Layers 1-4
  • Understanding of Packet capturing, DDoS concepts and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Network protocols: OSPF, RSVP/LDP, RSTP, BGP, TCP/IP, RIP, DNS, VLANs
  • Hand on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista.
  • CITRIX and VMWARE NSX Knowledge a strong plus
  • Industry certifications related to network technologies such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA. JNCIS. JNCIP, JNCIE is a plus
