Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 8 years of experience in networking.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing teams in complex, geographically dispersed engineering and/or program management functions in the data center, networking, or telecommunications industries.
- Experience in deploying technical infrastructure at a global scale.
- Experience in transformation strategy execution.
- Ability to design specifications for Google network.
- Ability to lead and upscale the organization by implementing best practices and safe-to-fail experiments, identifying process gaps, aligning across teams to scale horizontal processes.
