Your Role and ResponsibilitiesSpecifically, you will be responsibility to:
- Interact frequently with bank customers to understand their needs and problems.
- Assist clients in business and strategy planning.
- Describe client needs logically and lead the team in proposal planning, writing and presentation.
- Negotiate and communicate with clients on business matters.And participate in ongoing projects and co-ordinate disputes between the two parties.
- Participate in innovative business research discussions, assist in developing new solutions, and present IBM’s viewpoints.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Practical experience in strategic discussions with C level.
- More than 8 years of banking consultant or sales experience
- Leadership, ambition, and enthusiasm
- Have experience in conversations with C level in the past.
- Good team player, good communication skills, can coordinate team resources
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- fluent in Chinese and English
