This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment and coordination across supplier quality, advanced product quality planning (APQP), and change management within the Scaled Quality organization.Key job responsibilities
-Identify, prioritize, and lead the implementation of key initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement in Scaled Quality systems and process adoption
-Serve as a technical and process mentor for new hires, providing guidance and support to ensure their successful onboarding and adoption of Scaled Quality technical processes.-Monitor and ensure organizational alignment with the Strategic Plan, providing regular updates and insights on progress towards goals
-Track and oversee product development process deliverables across all products and lifecycle stages, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established processes
-Develop white papers and establish metrics to articulate Scaled Quality initiatives and strategic vision-Travel as needed to accomplish program objectives

- Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
