- the evaluation and selection of AI technologies, independently assessing their potential impact while collaboratively developing proof-of-concepts with cross-functional teams tovalidatesolutions against business requirements.
- the technical strategy for AI implementation across the organization, partnering with business stakeholders toidentifyopportunities, define success metrics, and ensure solutions alignwith PayPal's broader technical roadmap and compliance requirements.
- and guide development teams in AI best practices, while directly contributing to the design and implementation of critical AI components using frameworks likePyTorch, Hugging Face transformers, and large language models.
at do you need to bring
- experience architecting and implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions, with deepexpertisein machine learning, natural language processing, and neural networks.
- technicalproficiencyin Python and modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow,PyTorch, Hugging Face), along with experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, witha track record
- with AI governance frameworks and best practices for responsible AI deployment, including understanding of bias mitigation, model monitoring, and ethical AI principles.
- working with large language models and generative AI technologies, including practical knowledge of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and deployment strategies.
