Handle conversations with key partners to determine feasibility and resourcing requirements as well as provide guidance and risk mitigation for project escalations and shifts.
7+ years of working in digital or e-commerce project management
3+ years leading individual contributors, including on project work and assignments
Demonstrated achievement in managing high-impact, global digital content campaigns and projects
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Previous tech e-commerce experience
3+ years of people leadership experience, preferably managing a team of project managers
Must thrive in the face of ambiguity, constant change, and time-constrained launch schedules
Excellence in coordinating global teams (marketing, design, technical, localization, quality assurance) with demonstrated success leading multiple projects, priorities and people concurrently
Demonstrated proficiency in effectively navigating difficult decisions and conflicting points of view
Experience managing agency and vendor teams from afar
Familiarity with digital marketplaces and emerging commerce platforms and content management systems
