Your tasks:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution
    • Support in decision-making : The PMO acts as an advisor to the executive leadership, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.
    • Coordinate strategic initiatives : the PMO oversees cross-departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring that goals are aligned with the overall strategic vision.
  2. Operational Efficiency
    • Improve internal processes : this function is often tasked with identifying inefficiencies within the organization and finding ways to streamline operations.
  3. Communication and Public Affairs
    • Serve as a point of contact : The PMO acts as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, as well as between senior leadership and employees.
    • Ensure clear communication : The PMO is responsible for making sure that important information flows smoothly through the organization.
  4. Project Management
    • Lead special projects : The PMO may be tasked with managing high-priority projects that require attention at the executive level, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  5. Executive Support
    • Prepare presentations, briefings and reports : The PMO prepares presentations and briefings for the leadership team, summarizing key issues, opportunities, and decisions.
  6. Problem Solving and Decision Support
    • Handle complex issues : The PMO tackles complex or sensitive issues that require discretion and problem-solving.
  7. Stakeholder Management
    • Relationship building : The PMO may play a role in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal (teams, employees) and external (investors, partners, clients, public authorities).

Your skills:

  • Strategic thinking : Ability to see the big picture and align day-to-day actions with long-term goals.
  • Strong communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  • Leadership : Ability to manage and guide teams and projects without direct authority.
  • Problem-solving : Ability to handle complex issues and find practical solutions.
  • Organization : Exceptional organizational skills, as the role often involves juggling many different tasks and priorities.
