You will:

• Define and lead the battery and power strategy, architecture, and system integration to deliver industry-leading solutionsin personal computers.
• Drive R&D effortswith battery suppliersand shape industry standards to support and enable Dell’s battery strategy
• Leverage AI/ML for technology innovation in battery and power systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and external suppliers to define, demonstrate, and deliver innovative battery solutions
• Contribute through technical leadership, mentoring, and intellectual property generation aligned with Dell’s long-term business goals

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in battery technologies for personal computer or mobile products.
• Demonstrated track record of impactful innovation and industry thought leadership.
• Proven ability to influence internal and technology partners to drive strategic outcomes.
• Strong understanding of PC battery and power system design including electronics, software and mechanical design for PC or mobile products.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with industry leading battery suppliers.

Desirable Requirements:

• Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years and a Master’s degree (EE or ME); or 8+ years and a PhD; or equivalent experience
