Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as their primary technical point of contact for Akamai Compute solutions.
  • Technical Expertise & Advisory: Provide expert guidance on designing, implementing, and optimizing Akamai Compute infrastructure.
  • Proactive Support & Issue Resolution: Deliver support advocacy, monitor environments, resolve technical issues, and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning and Consulting: Developing both short-term and long-term technical strategies that leverage Akamai Connected Cloud and Linode services effectively.
  • Training & Enablement: Empower customers through workshops, technical demos, and best practice training.
  • Advocacy & Feedback Loop: Represent customer needs internally and provide feedback to improve Akamai Compute Products and services.
