Principal SaaS Technical Program Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technical programs to enable partners in adopting and integrating HP's Workforce Experience Platform.
- Collaborate with partners to identify, document, and prioritize technical requirements for successful platform integration and deployment.
- Create and manage comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between HP's engineering teams and partner organizations to ensure alignment on technical objectives.
- Oversee the development of technical documentation, APIs, and integration tools to support partner needs.
- Monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in partner enablement processes and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, API integrations, and modern software development practices
- Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and business audiences
