- Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline, or 6+ years commensurate industry or military experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of focused experience in Data Center or Carrier-class Telecommunications design, engineering, and/or operations and maintenance (O&M) of data center critical environment infrastructure.

• Master’s degree in engineering
• 10+ years cumulative data center design experience
• PE or EIT
• Prior project management experience; PMP, PMI
