As a Senior Product Associate in JPMorgan Corporate Challenge, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact. Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
- Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
- Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.
- Write product requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
- Partner with tech lead to plan sprints and stay on track with the roadmap.
- Drive go-live and implementation activities, including readiness checklists and production verification tests.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
- Proficiency in Jira to manage agile workflows.
- Experience in creating intuitive and goal-oriented user flows to map out the end-to-end user journey.
- Strong expertise in working within an agile product delivery lifecycle.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and issues related to product development and production support.
- Proven organizational skills with proactive initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.
