In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our repair and overhaul operations by conducting thorough inspections and utilizing thoughtful techniques to optimize inspection procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform inspections on repaired and overhauled components to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards.
  • Utilize thoughtful skills to optimize inspection procedures and enhance efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of inspections and findings.
  • Stay updated on FAA regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-attuned positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-attuned positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience in an Aerospace environment

  • Experience in analytical inspection in a repair and overhaul environment
  • FAA Repairman Certificate
  • CMM Programming experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
