What you’ll be doing:

  • In charge of develop and maintain close business relationship with customers/partners, manage our business through driving product sell-out, channel/distribution management, program execution, forecasting and inventory management.

  • Initiate and drive Go-To-Market execution and deliver top-class training.

  • Identify business growth opportunities, including but not limited to channel expansion, application growth and new Go-To-Market methods.

What we need to see:

  • Thorough understanding of PC-gaming / consumer electronics/consumer internet market.

  • A fast learner with open-mind, ability to quickly identify, understand and adopt new business opportunities with strong execution.

  • Experience in high-tech sales/channel management/business development.

  • Strong and logical presentation skill and data analysis skill.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.

  • BS degree is required, preferably in engineering major from top school; MBA is a plus.

  • 12+ years of experience in sales, channel management, ODM/EMS/SMT

  • Located in Shenzhen, some domestic travel as needed.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment.

  • Experience in influencing and managing customer relationship upon senior executive level, closing large deals with excellent negotiation skill.

  • A fast learner, self-motivated, ability to work with little definition and supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across multiple projects and initiatives.
