What you’ll be doing:
In charge of develop and maintain close business relationship with customers/partners, manage our business through driving product sell-out, channel/distribution management, program execution, forecasting and inventory management.
Initiate and drive Go-To-Market execution and deliver top-class training.
Identify business growth opportunities, including but not limited to channel expansion, application growth and new Go-To-Market methods.
What we need to see:
Thorough understanding of PC-gaming / consumer electronics/consumer internet market.
A fast learner with open-mind, ability to quickly identify, understand and adopt new business opportunities with strong execution.
Experience in high-tech sales/channel management/business development.
Strong and logical presentation skill and data analysis skill.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
BS degree is required, preferably in engineering major from top school; MBA is a plus.
12+ years of experience in sales, channel management, ODM/EMS/SMT
Located in Shenzhen, some domestic travel as needed.

Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment.
Experience in influencing and managing customer relationship upon senior executive level, closing large deals with excellent negotiation skill.
A fast learner, self-motivated, ability to work with little definition and supervision while multi-tasking and prioritizing across multiple projects and initiatives.
