To be successful in this role you will need to be able to influence and work with senior leaders across multiple organizations and geographies. You will work with organizations such as Worldwide (WW) Engineering and Design, WW Tech SME, Last Mile Delivery and Tech as well as Operations to innovate at scale and drive the development roadmap. You will manage large, complex initiatives, deal with ambiguity and advocate on behalf of the customer to develop the next generation of AMZL delivery station.
Responsibilities include:
- Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the product features and enhancements for the next generation of AMZL Delivery Station including Multiple Modes of Transportation (MMOT).- Identify new programs to onboard and integrate.- Present concepts, designs, program updates and roadmap to senior leadership on a frequent basis. Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Drive a culture of innovation across the AMZL Strategic Planning and Process Engineering Org.
- 20% travel based on business needs

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or related occupation
- Experience managing the lifecycle of cross-functional projects, implementing automated equipment and/or integrated systems
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.)
