We are hiring a Finance Transformation Sr. Analyst responsible for supporting programs focusing on critical initiatives for the Finance organization. Reporting to the Program Manager, Finance Transformation, this hire will play a key role supporting our growth and enabling us to scale efficiently. You will drive and support programs with cross-functional partners in the organization to capture requirements, provide advice of inter dependencies and impacts, facilitate process design and re-design, develop solution, implement approved plans, and promote capability adoption.

What you will be doing:

You will need to be very detail oriented and passionate about going deep, as well as going wide. You must have the ability to connect the dots to ensure conflicting interests are addressed while complimentary opportunities are improved. Your solution must be comprehensive, scalable, and agile.

You will be encouraged to support complex, cross-functional programs aligning people, processes, and systems to achieve a successful outcome. Working on highly complex problems, you are asked to gain insight into the strategic issues which are forefront in the minds of the executive leadership team.

You are required to possess finance system implementation, process mapping, project management and communications skills, demonstrate the ability to perform data analysis, data mapping, and data visualization. You will work with system developers and architects in crafting solutions based on functional requirements including conducting gap analysis.

Additional expectations include:
  • Support the Program Leaders in the development of the company’s strategy on high visibility initiatives, and long-term strategic priorities in key ecosystem areas.
  • Build unambiguous, verified technical and functional business rules and requirements, which close the gap between current and future states for assigned business areas to a testable level.
  • Build and maintain traceability matrix (requirements, function, and testing).
  • Analyze large, complex data from various sources to compile a comprehensive picture of the overall business requirement documents, process mapping, and process narratives.
  • Balance urgent and effective action, dedication to excellence, and taking initiative to resolve problems, holding internal partners accountable where appropriate.
  • Identify process/system gaps, develop, and implement standard methodologies across finance functions.
  • Support day to day operations and deliver on strategy and operational plans against the strategic vision for the company.
What you bring to the role:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, project management, business system analysis, and business operations support.
  • B.A. or B.S. in Business or Information Technology with a focus on Finance process and applications.
  • Proficient understanding in the record to report transaction flow, journal entries, financial reporting, revenue recognition, general accounting, and data reconciliation.
  • Strong experience with business process documentation, data mapping, process mapping, system flows, process narrative, business case documentation, and data integration is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to influence and inspire change within a complementary team across functional and business boundaries.
  • Confident in taking charge of complex tasks with minimal guidance and develop new strategies and new ways of approaching business challenges independently.
  • Proficient with MS Excel; knowledge of pivot tables and working with large data sets.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Lucidchart, or Revpro preferred.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component.

These ranges representthe lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

The typical starting salary range for this role is:
$149,200 USD
$179,200 USD
