Key job responsibilities
* Develop and maintain operational security policies that ensure high standards across regions
* Lead complex risk assessment programs at country and site levels, including process development, training, and exception management* Communicate emerging risks and mitigation strategies to regional teams within Kuiper Ground Infrastructure Operations
* Partner with internal security teams to identify and mitigate long-term security risks
* Establish and manage relationships with security vendors to ensure system installations meet quality and performance standards
* Conduct site assessments, participate in design meetings, and review construction projects (travel up to 25% of time)

* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years program management experience
* 3+ years implementing data-driven process improvements
* Proven track record of delivering measurable business efficiencies
* Experience designing and implementing business processes
* Demonstrated success working with technical and non-technical teams

* Experience as a process optimization program manager
* Expertise in creating visual workflows using Visio or similar tools
* Track record of influencing stakeholders across global teams without direct authority
* Strong interest in security and willingness to learn Amazon's technical products
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
* Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Smartsheets, or equivalent)
