What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Drive the People Operations team to achieve departmental targets and support internal customers with a clear sense of urgency and care
- Interpret and apply HR compliance policies including AAP, OFCCP and EEOC
- Ensure the improvement and optimization of administrative processes, including compliance audits, systems and tooling
- Develop team members through individual coaching and performance management
- Collaborate with North America HR leads to achieve alignment for HR processes and procedures as well as proactively share knowledge and best practices
- Be the subject matter expert for end to end HR processes (onboarding, job changes, termination, etc.) and HR compliance
- Play a pivotal role in communication towards stakeholders and the broader HR team
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in setting up or managing People Operations /HR shared services in fast paced/start up environment
- 2+ years of direct people management experience
- HR compliance knowledge and expertise in areas of EEO/AA
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
