• Conduct detailed financial analysis for evaluating business development opportunities, such as product/portfolio acquisitions and/or in-licensing, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions of innovative medicines in the pharma industry, with primary focus on neuroscience and immunology
• Lead due diligence processes by screening/consolidating data and coordinating broad interdisciplinary teams
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate potential acquisition targets and in-licensing opportunities
• Provide support in prospective business development targets through external company evaluation, participation in industry conferences and utilization of specialized databases.
• Prepare of comprehensive materials such as presentations, reports and other deliverables to facilitate decision-making across the organization.
  

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
• Master's Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration preferred
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in finance, investment banking orstrategic consultancy, with expertise in financial modeling and valuations is required
• Exceptional analytical & presentation skills and have a unique attention for details
• Proven ability to handle high volume of work in a rapidly changing & intensive work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
