Key job responsibilities
* Drive the delivery of critical engineering feedback and design improvements and support systems across teams through requirement tracking, design, development and test.
* Own and drive triage of issues
* Partner with quality and design engineering teams to close feedback loops
* Engage with customer teams to understand opportunities for process improvement, and drive changes
* Work with other engineers to find innovative solutions within fixed design space.About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
- Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system
- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls
