Treasury Transformation supports the Citi firm-wide Transformation to build a better bank. Its responsibility is to support all treasury transformation initiatives by developing and implementing financial strategic support form tracking and reporting to analytics execution and benefits realization.
The Capital Transformation QMMF vision is to have a single defined, agile, well-controlled, and governed forecasting process that drives effective and consistent decision making, informs effective management of the firm’s resources, supports our firm wide culture and strategic priorities, and is linked with strategic risk and risk appetite.
The Lead Analyst will support the Capital Transformation QMMF Team and will interact with Treasury Transformation Leads working on Governance, Data Transformation, Tier 1 LRR Transformation, Technology Transformation, and Capital Governance Transformation. The Lead Analyst will support the team ensure that the QMMF initiative is executed efficiently, effectively, and controlled while facilitating communication across the different stakeholders involved. Additional responsibilities might include:
- Support the implementation of QMMF Initiative processes, controls and associated governance while facilitating communications.
- Participates and collaborate in the coordination across Capital Projects to drive execution and progress against our Action Plan.
- Coordination of interactions with Consent Order stakeholders such as BFQC and Internal Audit, driving agenda and follow-ups
- Assist in coordinating relevant topics and questions across Capital Projects, including discussion with FTO and PMOs.
- Participate in the implementation of Capital oversight metrics, development of dashboards and UAT testing.
- Work in close partnership with stakeholders across Finance, Global Functions, and Businesses to support the Capital Transformation Initiative.
- Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization, and architecture covering Finance across Business and Capital Planning.
- Support the Team with recommendations to the Capital Transformation QMMF Initiative.
- Promote an environment conducive to information exchange.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
- Experience with Planning, FP&A, CCAR processes is preferred
- Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.
- Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
- Display a leadership skills, respect, and trust.
- Demonstrated attention to details, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Express collaborative, planning, and organization skills.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Power Point, Outlook.
Education:
- Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
