Develop the inspection checklist and QC plan / Inspection Test Plan for each category of equipment.
b. Review and Approve the VENDOR proposed QA/QC Plan / ITP and procedures and identify “Witness” and hold points. For critical equipment needs to obtain Client’s approval on the QC plans.
d. Co-ordinate with Vendor / Client appointed TPIA / Client for inspection calls and make sure that Inspections happens to meet the delivery schedule.
e. Review test certificates/reports and other documentation along with inspection release note (IRN) submitted by TPIAs to confirm that equipment is manufactured in accordance with the PO.
f. Obtain Client’s approval for quality deviations, wherever called for, and manage closure of any corrective actions proposed.
Person needs to station in our Mumbai office and should have experience of 10-15 years.
