Job scope:
Retailer Instore/Online Executions
Extended Sales Force Management
Retailer sell-to end customers campaign management
Main Tasks:
Maximizing HP retail sell-out and the customer experience in retail stores in the region
Support country teams on selecting, motivating, coaching, training, leading and developing a team of instore field representatives to accomplish HP's revenue and market share goals
Serves as the Trade Marketing expert to the countries for a wide range of extremely complex information regarding products, programs and co-marketing alliance
Serves as the Retail programs expert to the WW providing business and retailer insights
Integrates HP marketing programs to become a key part of the retail partner's business
Establishes and maintains account plans to promote sales growth across BUs through Trade Marketing initiatives
Grow HP business overall and HP's share of business by developing excellent customer experience around HP products and services
Actively engages HP resources and senior executives to build strategic relationships with the partner which ensures long- term business opportunities for HP
Provides the business rationale and risk assessment for making HP investments in the partner
Ensures that partners are compliant with legal and HP SBC practices under Trade Marketing programs
May recruit and develop business relationship with new partners
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
Extended Sales Force (ESFs, E-Merch, Promoters) management: Resources Optimization, coverage and structure, performance monitoring, budget monitoring,etc
In-store Management and Execution: POS assets deployment, Experience Store Scorecard Management, NPIs/Focus SKUs In-store launch
Drive Online specific initiatives: Shop in Shops launch/AMZ ecosystem,etc
PDG tool implementation ownership
Alliances budget investments and deployment: Coordinate with alliance business manager and support smooth operations
Amplify Istore/Online CX Audit
E-Merchandising and HP live agents team management
Bachelor or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or any other related discipline
Typically has 5+ years of work experience on same or similar positions
Fluency in English (both written and verbal) as well as the local language
Travelling 25-50% of the time
