  • Project Management: Skilled at translating strategic initiatives into tangible plans with clear owners, milestones, and success measures, keeping complex, interrelated initiatives on track
  • Curiosity and Detail Orientation: Quickly learn new areas, gathering context to build well-orchestrated plans and enable decision-making, while knowing when to dive into details or move forward without perfect information

  • Builder Mindset: Comfortable prototyping new approaches and ways of working, taking the first step to start new or complex initiatives, and handing them off as needed
  • Scalability: Understand when to be scrappy to get something done or started, and when to turn it into a scalable, repeatable approach that works across a large organization
  • Outcome Orientation: Relentless focus on outcomes, setting clear goals, measuring progress, adapting as needed, and openly sharing successes and misses as opportunities to learn and drive progress
  • Generalist Perspective: Understand how components fit together, with enough knowledge of the core business and People function areas to orchestrate initiatives across teams
