Nova OMS, builds solutions for order management systems which handle inbound purchase orders from automated replenishment orders or through a user application that allows for manual purchase order creation and maintenance. The Order Management application interacts with various systems such as B2B to send the purchase orders to the vendors/suppliers, Scheduler to assign appointment deliveries, Transportation Management System (TMS) for booking of carriers and Logistics’ Warehouse Management system (WMS) for receiving of orders in our distribution centers and Accounts Payable (AP) for vendor payments.
What You'll Do:
- Participate in project discovery and management, including developing high-level designs and ensuring on-time delivery
- Provide support to the business and customers, responding to questions and issues and identifying solutions
- Troubleshoot business and production issues using root cause analysis and engaging support teams as needed
- Assist in guiding small groups of engineers, including offshore associates, for assigned Engineering projects
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
- Model compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
What You'll Bring:
- Experience with developing services in Java
- Experience with cloud platforms and Github, Spring boot, and database queries Experience with JIRA and scrum methodologies
- Strong technical expertise and ability to apply it in executing business processes and practices
- Compliance with company policies and procedures and support for company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...Preferred Qualifications...
