What you will be doing:
- Relentlessly focus on whitespace accounts while also growing your existing named list of accounts. Expand existing use cases and introduce new use cases to current buying centers. Measure and quantify the business value of our existing use cases and evangelize aggressively east, west and north to new buying centers within each customer.
- You will work well in a matrixed environment, building a team to drive the success of a named account list based mainly in the Jacksonville and Orlando area. Up to 50% in-market travel.
- As the quarterback, you lead members of extended account teams: SEs, Managers, Channel and Channel Management members, PLM, etc.
- Exude operational efficiency and forecast accuracy to run a best-in-class business.
- Be able to cultivate and grow relationships into referenceable champions.
- Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions, particularly engineering, product management and marketing.
What we need from you:
- Minimum 5+ years of total IT sales experience with consistent quota over-achievement selling to enterprise-level customers.
- Ideally, you will have sold in the Networking Infrastructure space to both a technical and business audience. Experience with a channel partners structure desirable.
- Executive selling skills required, to include various CxOs, IT Management, and other key Decision-Makers and Economic Buyers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. We need story tellers and those that can simplify the complex for economic buyers and executives.
- Good sales DNA and methodology such as MEDDPICC is highly desired.
- Strong presenter and closer with the ability to demonstrate the vital skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy
- High activity with a fast motor to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly evolving technical environment.
- Must be a team player and a life-long learner. You must be curious to know the ‘why’.

Minimum Salary: $215,040.00
Maximum Salary:$309,120.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $215,040.00 and $309,120.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
