JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Overall financial ownership for the Honeywell IA PSS, PPE, HSS and IGS businesses across the META region covering Orders, Revenue, Gross Margin, Operating Income and Cash.

· Develops strong relationship with the business and commercial leaders in the region to quickly become a trusted business partner

Distributor and channel management including rebates

· Single point of contact for all entity/stat related audit issues – internal and external

· Plays the role of financial advisor and business advocate whilst maintaining compliance to financial controls, policies and principles

· Coordinate and lead financial forecasting for the business including weekly pulse meetings to discuss latest forecast, risks with mitigation plans and opportunities with action plans to deliver financial results.

· Leads the annual planning process (AOP) for the region and the monthly financial review. Performs ad-hoc analysis to determine business trends and provide decision support with financial information.

· Works closely with the regional and global supply chain leadership to drive regional revenue, ensuring robust process and KPI’s including past due tracking.

· Reviews General accounting activities. Ensures books are closed in compliance with accounting rules and policies. Works with regional and global controllers as needed to support business specific needs. Overall, ensures a robust internal controls environment

YOU MUST HAVE

· Professionally qualified with 7 -10+ years of experience including post qualification experience

Excellent analytical skills
Similar Finance manager or FP&A Manager role in a multi national environment
Experience with leading finance in a Products and Manufacturing business preferred
Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment
