By changing the way we fly, fueling jets in an eco-friendly way, keeping buildings smart and safe and even making it possible to breathe on Mars.

You will report directly to our Africa Regional Business manager, and you'llwork out of Morocco serving Franco Africa region for BA-BMS BU In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company's success. Yourresponsibilities will include managing and growing a portfolio of strategicaccounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships,developing and executing strategic account plans, and identifying new businessopportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to delivervalue-added solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through effectiveaccount management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategicaccounts
• Serve as the primary point of contactfor customer relationships
• Develop and execute strategic accountplans to drive revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunitieswithin existing accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to deliver value-added solutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction througheffective account management


Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in accountmanagement or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts anddriving revenue growth in the mechanical and electrical field with engineeringbackground
• Strong communication and negotiationskills
• Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strategic thinking andproblem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
• Proficient in CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite

• Proven ability to drive revenuegrowth and achieve sales targets
• Strong business acumen andunderstanding of market dynamics
• Ability to effectively managemultiple accounts and prioritize tasks
• Customer-focused mindset with apassion for delivering exceptional service
• Ability to work independently and aspart of a team
• Continuous learning mindset andwillingness to adapt to changing market trends
