We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our organization in a senior leadership role in the field of Cyber Security. In this role, you will lead and oversee large-scale cyber transformation projects, primarily for clients across EMEIA but also for global clients. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in delivering successful outcomes for our clients. You will actively participate in client presentations, facilitating discussions on key cyber topics, and lending your strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

• As a leader in our business development efforts, you will play a pivotal role in identifying strategic opportunities and crafting compelling proposals.
• As a Subject Matter Specialist in Cyber Security, you will establish yourself as an authority in the field, engaging in public speaking engagements and producing thought-provoking leadership documents. You will contribute to our reputation as a leading player in the industry.
• As a trusted advisor, you will engage in C-Suite level discussions, collaborating with executives to define cyber strategies and shape comprehensive cyber transformation programs for our clients. Your expertise in Cyber GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) will be critical as you develop and implement risk assessment methodologies and cyber risk appetite frameworks. You will also be involved in overseeing the implementation of relevant technologies.
• In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will coach and provide regular training to your team, guiding their professional development and assisting them in their certification path. You will also be leading recruitment initiatives to ensure that our team comprises competent cyber professionals who can drive future growth opportunities.
• As a proponent of innovation, you will collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and explore new business prospects.
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing engagement economics, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining robust risk management practices for all engagements. Your meticulous approach will uphold our commitment to excellence.
• Other Cognate duties

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A degree in Computer Science, Information System, Technology, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the professional services industry or consultancy environment.
• Holding a relevant professional certification would be an advantage.
