Minimum 7 years of Human Resources experience and 2 years of leadership experience, OR operational leadership and high-volume customer support experience with 2+ years of direct leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience with enterprise HR systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, etc.).
Obsession with the employee experience, viewing every inquiry as an opportunity to make a difference.
Ability to navigate complex business needs and develop well-considered solutions.
Strong attention to detail and action-oriented, using data to drive improvements.
Strong analytical skills to understand data and propose credible business or process improvements.
Passion for people, team management, coaching, and mentoring, with a drive to support team development.
Secondary language skills are a plus
Experience with macOS or a strong desire to learn.
