- Bachelor’s degree in Design (e.g., Graphic, Interaction, Industrial, Architecture, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience working with multi-disciplinary UX teams.
- 10 years of experience with product, service, and solution design.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or Fine Arts.
- Experience connecting product design, business strategy, and brand and marketing.
- Experience elevating product craft, including proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with artificial intelligence and large language models.
- Expertise in managerial and operational excellence with experience successfully leading and lifting large, global teams.
- Portfolio of exceptional product design work with evidence of impact at scale.
