Job Summary

The primary role of a SLED Commercial Account Manager is the pursuit, development, and closure of strategic, traditional, and transformational SLED opportunities within the geography.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership of overall account strategy for the pursuit of both traditional and transformational opportunities
  • Account planning with core account teams, incorporating overall account strategy, identification of transformational pursuits, stakeholder mapping, and stakeholder pursuit strategy
  • Pursue and develop relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Develop, pursue, and close strategic traditional, and transformational sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners
  • Support formal RFP's - functioning as the business lead for solution development, pricing & strategy
  • Meet or exceed semiannual sales goals
  • Maintain an understanding of competitive market positioning relative to NetApp solutions
Qualifications
  • Must live in the Philadelphia area
  • 2+ years Account Management experience in a relevant industry with large SLED, commercial, or enterprise customers
  • Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems
  • Ability to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help customer make buying decisions
  • Track record of successful solution selling
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
