Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience working in a III-V semiconductor manufacturing technical environment, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 10 years of experience in a leadership role in manufacturing or operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in III-V epitaxy operations, manufacturing or development leadership.
- 5 years of experience in statistical process control, scaling manufacturing and yield improvement in III-V epitaxy or III-V fabrication, especially GaN and related materials.
- 5 years of experience in vendor development management or engineering.
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and resolve conflicts cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
