This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. Responsibilities require time in the office or in a field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Additional locations may be considered.You will be part of the Development Collaboration Team who is responsible for providing a scalable, easy to use solutions that not only support Agile transformation but also meets a broad range of internal user needs by offering a suite of Atlassian products such a Jira, Confluence and critical Add-ons that allow users to:• Effectively connect and collaborate across PNC
• Identify and manage dependencies and unplanned work
• Reduce manual processes and tasks
• Make faster and better decisions while improving response time
• Deliver higher quality solutions that enable scalability, customer satisfactionTechnology Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with administering and developing software team solutions on Atlassian tools of Jira and Confluence, is preferred
Jira and Confluence administration aptitude including front-end configurations, customization, plugins selection and management, integrations.
Advanced understanding of Jira workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, and screens schemes.
Test new versions of the tools and add-ons to ensure compatibility.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Jira or Confluence issues.
Document standards, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for admins or users of the system.
Find opportunities to improve Jira setup and workflows to increase user efficiency.
Drive improvements and increase tool efficiencies for both Jira and Confluence.Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
Job Description
  • Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
  • Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
  • Writes code, tests and deploys software.
  • Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
  • Maintains and debugs software.

Certifications are often desired.
