Key job responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
- Define service strategy, standardize service offering, and ensure high quality service delivery to Sellers.
- Collect the best practice across the organization, and incorporate into continuous enhancements.
- Track and analyze service performance and drive operation excellence, as well as Seller satisfaction.
- Drive Seller experience improvement, keep innovating service product leveraging latest technologies and tools.
- 10+ years of program management and/or sales operations experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in defining, refining and implementing professional services
