10 years of progressive, relevant Finance experience, including people management
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant field
Master's or MBA with concentration in Finance preferred
A hands-on financial leader with experience in a fast-paced, global and matrixed environment, who will serve as a knowledgeable and trusted partner for several Retail leadership teams
Proven ability to partner and influence cross-functionally to identify, evaluate and execute strategic priorities and operational opportunities
Strong leadership skills with the presence to optimally set and communicate vision and direction across evolving, ambiguous and diverse cross-functional teams and environments
Advise and challenge others while building and maintaining positive working relationships across organization levels and functional boundaries
Experience crafting cross-functional solutions that incorporate multiple and competing points of view and adopt meticulous attention to detail
Agile and responsive to dynamic business environments, with an ability to think and partner cross-functionally to solve complex problems
Lead, empower, mentor and develop a dynamic team of high performing finance professionals that are responsible for financial and business analyses that support key areas of investment
Critical and analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills; an intellectual curiosity to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Exceptional communication skills and a strong storyteller as it relates to a broader business performance narrative, commercial strategy, or other business pitch, with comfort in a senior executive environment
