As an Analyst within Payment Operations team, you will have the opportunity to join the dynamic operations team to support Banking Payment Products Operations. You will be crucial to ensure smooth operations through accurate and efficient handling of various banking operations functions. You will have the opportunity and exposure to Payment Operations lifecycle, from static data setup to payment settlement tasks. Most importantly, you will also get the chance to be involved in initiatives related to operational enhancement and issue resolutions.

Job responsibilities:

• Engage in static data setup and data entry for Regulatory and Operational tasks for optimal operation
• Act as a transaction maker, processing a wide range of banking transactions accurately
• Support a variety of operational tasks as needed to maintain uninterrupted banking services
• Maintain good relationship with stakeholders to support operational efficiency and service delivery

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 1 year work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn banking applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Versatile professional who is adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A detail-oriented person who exercises extreme attention to detail
• Thorough, accurate, organized, and productive
• Proactively identify potential risks to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Prior experience in banking operations or a similar role preferred
• Ability of identifying opportunities to improve operations efficiency
• Effective delegating, planning and time management skills to meet strict deadlines and team objectives
