Launch innovations in nearly every commercial and defense aircraft platform Advanced Field Service Engineer - VDGS You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' airport operations by providing exceptional technical support and service for VDGS. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to VDGS for our airport customers
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for VDGS solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of VDGS solutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers on VDGS
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in VDGS technology, and provide recommendations for improvement YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on VDGS or similar airport technologies
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in VDGS systems and related technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
