Consider before submitting an application:
This position is expected to start in-person around August 2024 and continue through the entire Fall term (i.e. through December 2024) or into early Spring 2025 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.
- Design concept ideation
- Materials, finishes and systems research
- Architectural and interior detailing
- Site visits and surveys for data gathering
- Renderings, diagrams and reports for design presentations
- Work with team to take projects from concept to completion
- Discipline coordination
- Currently pursuing a degree in architecture or related field with a graduation date between 2024-2026
- A genuine interest in Tesla's mission and the electric vehicle industry
- Modeling and documentation software (Revit (must), Rhino (preferred))
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Rendering (Enscape, TwinMotion)
- Must provide a portfolio
