Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience working with technical teams on data center or mission-critical facility construction projects.
- 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical systems, mechanical systems, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, or networking/fiber.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience with mission-critical equipment/environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems).
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
- Understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, and fast-track design-build processes.
- Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and achieve objectives within defined goals.
