Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of Onboarding Product solutioning experience (Rival Workflow, SilkRoad RedCarpet Onboarding, ServiceNow Enterprise Onboarding & Transitioning, Workday Onboarding etc) for in-house/cloud global implementations
- Experience creating effective business requirements and evaluating solution options
- Ability to use data and analysis to stitch and drive decision-making
- Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts in a variety of business, functional, and technology areas
- Demonstrated experience conducting design workshops with cross-functional and worldwide business partners
- Thrives in ambiguous work environment. Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) and HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to help identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
- Ability to collaborate with global team members in a virtual setting.
