8+ years of Onboarding Product solutioning experience (Rival Workflow, SilkRoad RedCarpet Onboarding, ServiceNow Enterprise Onboarding & Transitioning, Workday Onboarding etc) for in-house/cloud global implementations
Experience creating effective business requirements and evaluating solution options
Ability to use data and analysis to stitch and drive decision-making
Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts in a variety of business, functional, and technology areas
Demonstrated experience conducting design workshops with cross-functional and worldwide business partners
Thrives in ambiguous work environment. Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) and HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to help identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
Ability to collaborate with global team members in a virtual setting.
