Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior Investment Banking officers and professionals and participate in particular client transactions projects or assignments as the junior member of the Investment Banking te/am
  • Responsible for organizing and analyzing sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans
  • Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals
  • Conducting company specific and industry research to support transaction specific diligence as well as to develop specialized sector / industry themes
  • Evaluate company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends
  • Build complex financial models for valuation purposes
  • Keep track of infrastructure funds activities related to acquisitions, divestitures, fund raising, financing and capital markets products
  • Develop client relationships at an early stage

Qualifications:

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, partnering with sector teams and broader Citi’s product teams
  • Proficiency in accounting, financial modelling, valuation, and deal analysis
  • Experience in investment banking either in an Infrastructure, Project Finance, Transaction Advisory, Industry group or M&A
  • High level of attention to detail, proactivity and time management

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
