Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement business systems solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
- Lead and participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Provide expertise and guidance on system capabilities and best practices.
- Conduct user training and support to ensure successful system adoption.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Ability to manage & provide leadership with multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while influencing teams globally.
- Complex problem-solving skills for high-impact projects while driving results
- Strong analytical skills, strategic planning and decision-making abilities for long-term goals.
- Experience with process improvement, business systems analysis, training delivery, facilitation, and program design.
- Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.
- Strong time management, prioritization and cross-functional project management skills.
- Stakeholder engagement and management, at all levels of the firm, including executives.
- Ability to provide mentorship and guidance for junior analysts.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification or higher.
