We are looking for a passionate paid media expert to manage our paid media account management function. In this role you will lead a team of Global Integrated Media Account Managers to activate paid media campaigns aligned to a solution, brand or event. One of the primary functions for this role is to support delivery of the global paid media programs, by driving optimisations on both the SAP and agency side. You will be able to understand and interpret the global paid media plans developed by the Account Directors and have technical experience of running these programs.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Experience working in a Global team and managing across global time zones (APJ through NA)
- You lead with empathy and compassion and care to create a positive and psychologically safe team culture.
- As an expert stakeholder manager, you successfully demonstrate strong communication and organization skills.
- You have strong experience managing global paid media programs and leading the people who activate and optimize those campaigns.
- You understand how paid media fits into the integrated marketing mix and can think end-to-end and customer-first.
- You will have capably managed paid media agencies on a global scale; across multiple MUs and languages.
- You are able to demonstrate experience of driving transformation within a paid media organization.
- You have a digital-first mindset and can demonstrate this in the paid media programs and teams you have helped guide.
- You can demonstrate coaching and supporting people; to drive success on both an individual, team and company-wide level.
- You have excellent technical understanding of all paid media channels.
- You have a passion for content and the important of paid media messaging + customer journeys.
- You are collaborative, positive and drive change with passion and at pace.
The IMT is responsible for driving partnership with key platforms, including owning relationships and managing our Paid Media Agency of Record (OMD), LinkedIn and Google.
